I have always had really difficult skin, oily and sensitive and with acne at the same time. I have tried almost everything, but never found anything that helped. My skin decided to get a little crazy some years ago with black/white heads and all sorts of ugly problems. Desperate as I was, I began using trying products including Dermalogica which just didn't work until I received a sample of this and boom, my skin was actually getting better! And soon my problems were gone too. This is my third bottle and I only use it at night, however one bottle lasts me one year so this is definitely a great buy for me. I initially bought a Get Started kit and loved it the whole package, it sorted out my spotty skin (which I have suffered with since my teens) within a week! I have been using this cleanser for a week now and I can already feel the difference. And there is a BIG difference. My skin is usually oily with spots and blackheads , but now it seems like my blackheads have all disappeared :)I use it twice a day and it does not make my skin dry or flaky , like other products do. OH.My God. this is definitely THE best cleanser I have used and will ever use. I've been using MD Formulations facial cleanser for over five years now and i've never looked back. I'd always thought MD was for people with problemed skin but its not. My beautician told me to use it as a daily cleanser as it exfoliates as well and keeps the skin super clean and toned. I wouldn't be without it now.

I was initially worried that this cleanser would be too strong for my sensitive skin as it contains 12 % alcohol. Though I wanted to try it as I do get spots rather regularly.
The first time I used it gave that tingling feeling, but now it is fine and makes my skin feel very clean and soft. For my skin it is probably more appropriate to use it a couple of times a week or after wearing heavy makeup rather than a daily cleanser. Overall I think it is very good cleanser and my skin feels smoother and cleaner since using it.
