Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening with warm water. Increase to a maximum of 6 capsules or 3 bowel movements in any one day on 4 consecutive days. Then reduce the number of capsules to 1 or 2 a day, use minimum dosage to maintain bowel function. Increase water intake to 2 Litres a day to assist the purification process.
