I inserted the wrong delivery address so called the Help Desk who rectified the problem immediatley. As I live in the CI I also requested that the VAT be refunded. A week later I called again as no notification had been received re VAT refund which actually hadn't been done. This was rectified immediately. As I had to phone to check, I have rated the service good rather than excellent.
