This shampoo was first introduced to me by my hairdresser and I was surprised by pretty much everything about it: The wonderful, rich smell, the very small amount you need to work up an immense amount of luxurious lather and of course the soft and shiny hair it gave me. You can leave in the lather for a few seconds to get the full effect, but used normally it will still work wonders. It really is comfort food for your hair.
