My hairdresser told me to use this one because I couldn't find one that suited me, I brought a can from my hair salon and I have never looked back. It's gives my hair the hold I need and it doesn't stick your hair down like glue. It gives shine, holds just where you need it and it brushes out well with out leaving a build up on your hair, it is good all round.
