Philip Kingsley Scalp Toner is a rehydrating toner and scalp energiser that promotes clear, healthy scalp and optimum hair growth. Unique ingredients perform 3 key functions: stimulating blood supply to the scalp, mildly astringent qualities to absorb excess oil & protects against bacteria.
Active Ingredients:
- Witch Hazel: Mildly astringent.
- Piroctone Olamine: Protects against bacteria and yeasts that cause irritation.
- Sodium Salicylate: Anti scaling, anti inflammatory & anti irritant.
- Menthol: Cooling and stimulating.
Lightly towel your dry hair. Apply Philip Kingsley Scalp Toner directly to your scalp from nozzle in 3cm (1”) partings. Distribute with fingertips. Do NOT rinse. Comb through and style as usual. Can be reapplied when required on your wet or dry scalp/hair. Suitable for use on colour treated hair.
