One 100mg capsule typically provides: 100mg 5HTP, 10mg Vitamin B6, 5mg Zinc, 50µg Biotin, 100µg Folic acid, 30mg Niacin.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Higher Nature Serotone 5HTP 100mg Capsules contain no added: Sugar, salt, wheat, gluten, maize/corn, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.

Not advisable if pregnant or taking fenfluramine. Care should also be taken if being prescribed SSRIs.
