The health and beauty benefits of virgin organic coconut oil are world renowned. It is a natural anti-ageing moisturiser, excellent hair conditioner and an effective anti-dandruff remedy. Used as hair oil it also encourages healthy hair growth, regenerates thinning hair and promotes a healthy scalp. It has also been known to be helpful for skin conditions such as eczema and is a wonderful natural emollient for dry skin. It deeply nourishes the skin, is easily absorbed and can also used as massage oil for the body.

For external use: apply the oil by massaging it directly onto the skin and hair. Used internally optimal amount recommended for an adult is between 2 and 3 tablespoons per day at meal times or within cooking.

WOW! WOW! - this stuff is amazing - I have really dry hands to the point that they crack and hack!! really painful - I have spent so much money on all types of hand creams but none worked - I massage a 5p piece size of this on my hands before bed and it really works.... I have also started to use it on my hair as it has become dry too... highly recommend it and it is so inexpensive in comparison to other products I have been buying!!! give it a try..

This is the best thing I've ever tried. I use this as a make-up remover. Just apply some on your face and rub gently, then remove with pads. Skin stays clean and hydrated! Will never use anything else!!

Gotta love this product! I use it on my curly hair after washing and before styling - the hair absorbs it all and stays nourished, shiny and soft.

I have also been using it as a substitute for my night cream. And even though I have combination skin, it does not make my skin oily.
