I recently changed from the 'sensitive' head to the 'deep pore cleansing' head and I'm much more pleased with the results. I find this head a little more hard working around the awkward areas such as the nose. My skin feels baby soft and smooth after use. This is the best selling replacement head in the US and I can certainly see why!
