Dandelion root and Boldo herb are both included to Relieve excess fluid and influence metabolism. Fucus (kelp) rich in Iodine has a special place as an antiobesic herb. Iodine is involved via the thyroid gland in stimulating the metabolic rate, causing calories to be used more efficiently.
