Prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT at 20% where applicable. feelunique.com pay all VAT directly to UK customs.

For deliveries into Europe, in the rare event that you are charged import duty, feelunique.com will provide a refund provided we are notified within 30 days of despatch. Should you wish to claim a refund, please fill out the form below and attach photos/scanned images of the customs receipt.

We can only refund up to the total value paid for the order, all refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
