What is your returns policy?

Our returns policy

Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all

tamper -resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened and must be returned within 30 days of despatch.

If you wish to return an item for a refund/replacement, send the items back to the below address. If you no longer have your invoice, please include an explanatory note quoting your order number and reason for return.

For UK Orders Only – Free Return Service

Please register your return via https://returns.myhermes.co.uk click on the feelunique logo and enter the parcel dimensions, your order number and preferred returns method;

  • Have your parcel collected by a myhermes courier from your home on a selected collection date.
  • Drop your parcel off at one of the many myhermes parcel shops in your local area.

Please note: you will need to register with myhermes in order to use this free service and you will need to be connected to a printer in order to print your returns label. 

Your order will be returned to feelunique where your refund/replacement will be processed within 10 working days.
