Senna and mild Cape Aloes help to soften stools, Cascara, another classic laxative, and other herbs selected for their particular benefits to Bio-Health Natural Herb Laxative. Valerian is included to calm the intestinal tract and to reduce the griping that can occur when using laxatives. Holy Thistle has bitter qualities to promote better digestion, and Dandelion Root contains bitter substances which are beneficial to the digestive process.

The formulation offers six effective herbs to ensure softer stools, reduce griping and cause bowel movement. It should not be taken with other laxatives.
Ingredients per tablet:
- Senna Leaf EP 90mg
- Aloes EP 15mg
- Cascara EP 30mg
- Dandelion Root BHP 1996 30mg
- Valerian EPE 30mg
- Holy Thistle BHP 1996 15mg

Other Ingredients: Sucrose, Fennel Seed, Myrrh, Gum Acacia, Sodium Starch Glycollate.
Dosage:
- Adults: Take 1 or 2 Bio-Health Natural Herb Laxative tablets as required.
- Elderly: Take 1 Bio-Health Natural Herb Laxative tablet at night.
- Children: Not recommended.
