    Hello, I’m from Ukraine, What delivery service You use (maybe DHL, or only Royal Mail) ?and another question about free shipping it means that if I order goods on 500€ , and when it come to Ukraine I’ll pay only 500€, that’ s all?

      We use Royal Mail to deliver packages and yes, whichever price your order comes to, you will pay only for your products – shipping is free.

    Hi Just found your site and tried to purchase YSL Temp Majeur Supreme Creme but when I got to the checkout it told me it couldn’t give me the product in Australia? Can you explain if it’s just this product in particular, all the brand or cos I’m in Australia?

      Should, in the unlikely event, you are taxed by customs then email care@feelunique.com and they will be able to refund the charge for you.

      By law, we have to declare the correct value of the package. If your package is over $50 and you happen to be charged tax, do get in touch and we can refund the charge for you.
