Can’t Live Without
Skin serums; my absolute power-packed skin essential – I have a mini wardrobe of serums that I mix up daily, and nightly, to bespoke exactly what my skin needs each day.
Best Beauty Tip
Too many to mention (but I will be sharing them on feelunique.com) but a daily mini face massage can transform skin (do it for 20 seconds when you cleanse), and when putting on (top lash) mascara or eye liner ensure the mirror is below chin level so you look down into it – this gives you much more space for a straighter line and no lash smudging. And finally, sort out your eye brows – it’s the biggest game changer.
Three of the Best
Philip Kingsley Elasticizer hair mask – no matter how great the damage it works miracles. L’Occitane Ultra Rich Body Cream – transforms Sahara-dry skin fast. Dior foundations – can’t choose between their Nude base or their BB cream.

Elemis S.O.S. Survival Cream, thick, hydrating and a great option for slightly dry skin (like mine can be sometimes) – an ideal all rounder, it works particularly well in winter. Shiseido Men Eye Soother, brightening and soothing, a strong choice for the morning after the night before – I pretty much carry it with me everywhere. Prada Infusion D’Homme, I’m a big fan of all perfumer Daniela Andrier’s fragrances, and this is one of my favourites – the strains of Neroli and Vetiver at the heart of this scent work brilliantly on my skin, and the bottle is beautiful.
Best Grooming Tip
Don’t be duped by the ‘one size fits all’ mentality most men adopt when it comes to grooming. Every skin is different and the key to making the best of your own is to target each area with a specifically tailored product such as an emollient for dry cheeks and a mattifying lotion for an oily forehead and so on. Oh, and never stick an ear bud directly into your ear; I’ve made that mistake for too many times.
Just Don’t Go There…
Never, ever try and wax, or worse, Immac your own back. You’ll miss hair and you’ll probably do yourself an injury. Ask a trusted friend or visit a professional instead.

How can we drop a few pounds fast
I don’t advise rapid weight loss as there’s always an unwelcome price to pay – lose it fast, gain it back faster!
What are your essential supplements
My view is always ‘food first’, but that said I take Omega 3 fats (200mg daily) to help insulin sensitivity and cardiovascular health; Extra Strength Probiotics to help improve digestion, and Blue-Green Algae Extract – it’s a very efficient way to get minerals and antioxidants in a food state so are therefore easily absorbed.
Carbs: Yes or No?
Yes, in small amounts with main meals, but not at dinner however.
